How to add a shared link tag style in shadow dom using defineCustomElement

I want to use link tags to reference shared css style files in shadow dom. Can defineCustomElement support me in doing this?

When I add the link tag directly to the template in XXXX.ce.vue, its node order is under the style tag. This is not expected. When the style tag and the link tag exist at the same time, the style tag should be after the link tag.
