.env file not working after deploying to vercel

I can't access my supabase db bc my anon key is in my .env and in vite you don't use process.env instead we use import.meta.env

Vite exposes variables from .env in import.meta.env (and that gets compiled away during build), so I don't understand why that should be the source of your issue. Where does process.env into play?

This is usually no issue with common providers such as Vercel or Netlify etc. Vercel is explicitly supported by Vite

Please provide more information.
