I use a language that has chars like ã, õ, etc. When I click a URL on the app navigation/sidebar that has one of those chars, it opens, but if I try to open it directly, or even refresh the page using F5 after opening it, I get a 404.

OS: Ubuntu 16.04x64
Vuepress: v0.8.4
yarn global install
No repo, not on Github for now.
