Fibers package is depreated.

April 13th, 2021 Node v16.x see their README.md

sass-loader/README.md

Line 243 in 8cd2b19

To avoid this overhead, you can use the [fibers](https://www.npmjs.com/package/fibers) package to call asynchronous importers from the synchronous code path.
