I have the packages I need from the PDF however I'm not sure what to do to actually start compiling the app for my distro, am I missing some build instructions somewhere?

Have you read 2.3?

Yes, however when I open the project in vscode nothing happens. Sorry, I forgot to mention that

Have you followed 2.3.2?

What I mean by "nothing happens" is, no extensions get installed and no build starts occurring

Okay, follow up for anyone doing this on fedora silverblue. Seems like I was opening vscode in a different container to the one I had installed cmake and the linux dependencies on, so the vscode process wasn't booting up. Opening vscode in the same container got everything running.

Thanks for your time @wolfpld

I have another issue, not sure if you want me to open a new one, but app is compiled now, just doesn't seem to have a titlebar.

When you say, "high resolution scrolling on touchpads" for compiling with legacy You're referring to laptop touchpads, right? This won't effect mouse users? Where would I put the flag LEGACY=1 in vscode?
