Currently we use yandex-cloud/ui-release-action@main. It's not supported anymore. It's better to migrate on supported version

Update: workflow will change, since we integrate ydb-embedded-ui release flow with ydb core repo (#654). Probably, gravity-ui action won't be applicable anymore
