Bug Report

YDB PHP SDK version: 1.6.0

Current behavior:

throw Exceptions #61

Expected behavior: work fine

Steps to reproduce:

Create dedicated YDB database in cloud
Create script which send regular requests to the server in loop.
Change size of database instances
Wait resize completed
