new viewer tests using TKeepAliveHttpClient, along with older tests like FloatPointJsonQuery and AuthorizeYdbTokenWithDatabaseAttributes, may trigger ASan failures in the main, stable-24-2, and stable-24-3 branches.

it seems that Fix actor system usage after it was freed by UgnineSirdis · Pull Request #7316 · ydb-platform/ydb fix needs to be in stable branches also
