MbedTLS fully supported on Zephyr?

Hi,
We found that the following features are NOT supported/enabled during the enablement of the psa-arch-test for MbedTLS on Zephyr?

#define ARCH_TEST_RSA_PKCS1V15_SIGN_RAW
#define ARCH_TEST_CBC_PKCS7
#define ARCH_TEST_RIPEMD160
#define ARCH_TEST_HKDF

May I ask why we didn't enable these? Because they are unlikely to use or there are some tech issues/gaps?
