Update package.json

1. remove mocha as a dependency and add it as a devDependency
2. configure a test script
3. add a repository so that the npm page can be used to navigate to the source code

I actually was about to do this myself, but as it stands now, the test cases are not passing, in addition, I have found this inside the "Block Storage Test":

this.timeout(900000);

I am still happy to provide pull requests but I am not comfortable doing so without testing my changes first. This is somewhat related to #20.
