This PR adds a Github Action for doing a spellcheck that will be run on every pull request and commit to master. New words can be added to
.wordlist.txt. CONTRIBUTING.md is rewritten to have information on the various Github Actions and how to use them.The spellcheck might be too onerous, but let's give it a try. I'd appreciate the safety net :)
