Adding a dev container can help external or one-time contributors significantly as it speeds up development setup.
Used this dev container when contributing #520

@davidmrdavid wanted to check if you a generally interested into getting this dev container image in.
I found a few things I would like to improve first in that case, but before I continue thought I check if you if you think this is valuable!

This looks great, @LeonardHd. Thank you. I took the liberty of updating the branch with the latest from dev. If the CI passes, I'll look to merge it. Thanks!
