It'd be great if the plugin implements the onAdClicked, onAdClosed, onAdLeftApplication, onAdOpened callbacks.

Hi, great idea. I've added the events as far as they are applicable for both platforms and depending on the type of ad (banner, interstitial, rewarded video ad).
