Remove the extra period from the copyright information in the footer

Removed the extra period that was at the footer of the PyGMT dev documentation.

Hi,

I made the changes required that will remove the extra period at the bottom of the PyGMT dev documentation. Please let me know if something else needs to be improved in relation to issue #1152 .
I am also new in the VCS so I don't have much experience using Github so please do guide me if I could have been better somewhere in the code or representing my PR.
