Description
Debugs #5252
Adhoc tests seem to be working, but periodic tests are timing out. This change increases the verbosity of the failing Cloud Build step, which should give visibility into how far this process is getting, etc, before failing.
This change will be seen in the c.g.c. tutorial snippets, but I don't think that's a huge concern.
