  • if a key contains a . then everything after the dot disappears in the payload sent to start_pipeline fct. This is a key that does not fit with the json-schema. The key is called initialWTState.txt. Let's define if we accept this or not... Fixed server side together with conversion to old schema (temp fix)
  • Workbench tries to start the Filemanager through the director
  • incompatible NaN numbers passed in JSON when using the CC singlecell solver
  • selecting a file in the FileManager triggers an error in ui.setLabel (not possible to select a file)
  • pressing Sample project triggers an error
