Overview

This template is starting to get more visibility and not just be something I personally use for my repos. Especially with #613 around the corner, I worry that folks will see the large amount of static analysis here and think "ugh, are all TypeScript repos this strict?".

I'll add a notice to the hydration/setup scripts that says something like:

⚠️ This template is early stage, opinionated, and not endorsed by the TypeScript team. ⚠️
⚠️ If any tooling it sets displeases you, you can always remove that portion manually. ⚠️
