Expected

CHANGELOG.md should have entries for each release.

## Overview

Going off the docs in
https://github.com/release-it/release-it/blob/e2e0c34cd392f7c87e41300b10c2d398582d32ce/docs/changelog.md#conventional-changelog.

I think I'd started investigating accessibility compliance across
changelog options and never got around to finishing it.
