PR Summary

  • upgrade proj files to v143 platform toolset
  • upgrade paths.targets to latest win10 sdk and zlib to version 1.3
  • update build script to detect VS2022 (while trying to maintain existing functionality w/ older versions)
  • removes static declaration from auth_debug in auth.c due to platform toolset upgrade
  • adds _CRT_DECLARE_NONSTDC_NAMES=0 preprocessor definition to projects and modifies w32log.c due to win10 sdk upgrade
  • change CI build image to 2022 image

PR Context

  • compile Win32-OpenSSH with latest Visual Studio toolsets & Windows SDKs
