处理设备树中aliases节点对于id的解析逻辑存在问题。

假设存在如下设备树aliases节点：

aliases {
    serial123 = &pl011;
    serial12  = &pl011;
    serial1 = &pl011;
    serial = &pl011;
};

对应的id解析出来应该是123、12、1、0.

这块确实要修改，但是tag_len也修改了。在使用tag_len的地方需要再确认下

这个地方我不太确定设计思路是如何的，这个tag是否需要去除数字，tag是serial123还是说是serial？

把tag_len设成serial的长度吧，也就是上面的tag_len都为6
