breaking apart modules made noImplicitAny
move node version back to 4.0, add 5 and 6 to travis as well make ts-loader compile prior to global installation of typescript build now reports typescript version
still run using a *different* version of ts remove "files": [] occurrences in tsconfig.jsons of test pack to cater for change in compiler behaviour in ts 2.1: microsoft/TypeScript#11743

This won't be merged anytime soon; this pr exists to allow me track that work done on the refactor still results in a passing build.
