  • Don't include dist/ in git repo anymore (=> fewer merge conflicts, cleaner diffs)
  • Still publish dist/ to npm
  • Add prepublish script to make sure we have an up-to-date dist/ before publishing
  • Change <script> usage in README (suggest using unpkg.com, since it serves npm-published files)
