This fixes the accordion and collapse directives using the bootstrap 3 'collapsing' and 'in' classes.
I've added an extra bit to the collapse demo to show the additional data being shown but I couldn't get one test to work so I've x'd it for now, it could be because I've changed $transition to use $timeout instead of $rootScope.
Tested on Windows Chrome 30, Firefox 25 and Safari 5.1.7
