remaining call to console.log breaks ie9

in [angular.bind.js](https://github.com/angular/angular.js/blob/master/src/angular.bind.js) there is a call to `console.log` but `window.console` only exists when the devTools are open in ie9 _[reference](http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5472938/does-ie9-support-console-log-and-is-it-a-real-function)_
