Description

TODO: What is the behavior when an EE license expires? Still 2 weeks or now 2+2 days as well? -> Expiring status seems to start 1 week before expiration, then indefinite read-only mode?

Unrelated TODO: Mention EnterpriseGraphs in Operational Factors (only mentions SmartGraphs at the moment)

Upstream TODO: Update error description, should refer to custom builds from the public source code not CE
