On every push or pull request that affects the action.yml GitHub Actions metadata file, and periodically, validate action.yml against its JSON schema.
Even though it obviously works fine without it, this is a required key according to the official GitHub Actions documentation: https://docs.github.com/en/actions/creating-actions/metadata-syntax-for-github-actions#inputsinput_idrequired Accordingly, it is required by the JSON schema.
