While Dropping Python 3.6 from the ESDK-Python, I bumped into this repo, which is a gitmodule of ESDK-Python. Running `tox -e autofromat` and then `./ci/prettify.sh write` resulted in these changes. Additionally, I replaced Python3.6 references with Python3.7.

It took me a while, but I have confirmed that changes here and in aws/aws-encryption-sdk-python#529 do not break the test vector handler. |

While Dropping Python 3.6 from the ESDK-Python,
