Document support for visionOS and fix some other issues like link formatting

(My own opinion) RST and MD are competing, I think we should make a new format with both the good of RST and MD so we don't have to make choices between them and then get myself confused.

PR Checklist:

  • All new features have been tested
  • All new features have been documented
  • I have read the CONTRIBUTING.md file
  • I will abide by the code of conduct

Ok now I can't stop laughing. At the risk of more topic divergance, regarding the other repo but I'd rather not xkcd discussions spread over 2 repos: https://xkcd.com/1296/

Of course, there are already a couple of attempts at this, such as MkDocs and MyST. It's not so much about making a new format, but rather combining the friendlier syntax of MD with the multi-page features of RST.
