If you got lost here, you plan to run Gentoo Linux on Nintendo Switch. This Repo contains some scripts and informations that makes the way straighter. There is a binhost with precompiled packages and initial booteable stage-4 build, called "release". Of course you can setup your Gentoo Linux without all of them. My expectation is you are able to install Gentoo Linux using Installation Guide bevore you can install the Gentoo on the Switch.
