This change:

Add an env var so we print logs for easier debugging
Fix duplicate tool name in browserbase MCP and invalid JSON schema
Upgrade Stagehand and Browserbase to latest MCP version, fixing browser_stagehand_navigate doesn't return any content #3 <- the problem was MCP updated their protocol in v1, so the old schema was no longer applicable
