Changed "form OCaml 4.12" to "from OCaml 4.12".
Added two functions to the `CCString` module addressing c-cube#463 following the style of `CCString.drop_while` and `CCString.rdrop_while`. Corresponding `CCString.mli` changes to follow.
…o `f`, aligining it with pre-existing `drop_while`.

If you're open to it, I implemented a couple of apparently-missing functions in the
CCStringmodule, added corresponding tests, and updatedCCString.mliandCCStringLabels.mliaccordingly.
