ATLAS: Unzip records in 13 TeV release for education #257

Offer individual ROOT files for ATLAS 2020 education datasets to make the access easier, all the while keeping the original zip tarball. Closes cernopendata/data-curation#257
Sorry it took me so long to get to this! I have now created an example how the data record would look like after unzipping the individual files: Since the files are presented next to the tarball, I thought of introducing a leading phrase in the "How can you use these data?" about this, so that casual visitors wouldn't over-download everything unnecessarily. The phrase is there just for illustration. Please let me know what text you would like to see there. P.S. The corresponding pull request is at cernopendata/opendata.cern.ch#3727. |

Issue / Change request
Unzip all the tarballs and enrich the records with direct links to the ROOT files (while keeping the zip file link present for backwards compatibility).

We made sure to check that all the files in all the datasets are named in a unique way, to prevent clashing after being unzipped.
