This commit adds support for Azure OpenAI as an alternative LLM provider. Users can now configure the server to use Azure OpenAI by setting environment variables or CLI flags. - Added Azure OpenAI configuration options (`AZURE_OPENAI_ENDPOINT`, `AZURE_OPENAI_DEPLOYMENT`, `AZURE_OPENAI_API_VERSION`) - Updated server initialization logic to support Azure OpenAI provider - Documented Azure OpenAI setup in README and `.env.example` Refs: # (issue number if applicable)
