I've merged this in, but I don't see how it fixes the NPE in #283 so I'm leaving that ticket open. |

The NPE occurs when you don't have the resources contained in this jar on your classpath. The only other options are to bundle the HTML template files into a core lib or wrap the NPE in some other kind of error. |

Aha - that makes sense. We should throw a better exception in that case, so that the user gets a hint that the classpath must be fixed. |
