Cucumber Java8 is considered for deprecation[1]. Recommending it in the docs suggests otherwise. 1: cucumber/cucumber-jvm#2279 Fixes: #767

Removed Cucumber Java8 as recommendation.
I've only removed the recommendation. Removing all references to Cucumber Java 8 is a bit too much. It is also used by the Kotlin documentation.
⚡️ What's your motivation?
Cucumber Java8 is considered for deprecation[1]. Recommending it in the docs
suggests otherwise.
