Improve query performance analysis UX

Our recent discussions about supportability identified that improving the UX of query performance analysis would help a significant proportion of users help themselves without needing to escalate questions to the support or development teams. We did not go into much depth on what that might mean in practice, but I'm opening this issue to record the need for further discussions in this area. Feel free to take this issue forwards as you see fit, for instance by filling it out into a full meta-issue or by closing it in favour of some other more specific action items.

This is somehow on our radar. The more relevant issues on the topic are #21073 and #76430 which revolve around a higher level profile API. We are also planning on enhancing traces for search requests once #84369 lands.

FYI, any data that we collect from cloud should automatically end up on the overview cluster (message me for a link).
It already collects all data from internal Kibanas.
