Closes elastic#49374. Convert the Wildfly tests to run using Docker Compose. This drastically simplifies the build setup, and will hopefully make the tests more resilient.

Backport of elastic#53126. Convert the Wildfly tests to run using Docker Compose. This drastically simplifies the build setup, and will hopefully make the tests more resilient.

7.xfiles to be the same asmaster, as they had drifted apart.Closes #53574
