Handling the potential connection error during a VB recording

This potential connection error may be detected by:

• checking the current connection status in the app
• taking into account any failure during the sending of an events

In case of a connection error:

• Display new error state (=pause without sending pending events)

When the connection is back - Send pending VB events + pause event - Broadcast should be in paused mode
