Pushing widget layout sometimes brings Jitsi back

Might not be jitsi specific.

1. Create a room
2. Add a jitsi widget using scalar
3. Add an etherpad using scalar
4. Make sure they're both pinned
5. Push the layout
6. leave the room
7. come back
8. hide jitsi
9. push the layout
10. JITSI RESURRECTS ITSELF 🧟

This can be trivially reproduced. Looks like it's not respecting the explicit container: right in the state event.

Note that "leave the room and come back" appears to mean navigating away, not actually leaving the room.

It also happens when doing this: (leaving the room is not necessary for me)

1. Create a room

I also cannot reproduce it with other widgets (than Jitsi). Jitsy is also starting in the "top" container when adding it to the room in the first place. So this might very well be jitsy specific.
