"Reply" link doesn't work from FilePanel

Steps to reproduce

1. Open FilePanel (in e2ee room?)
2. Right-click on file entry
3. Select "Reply"
4. Observe that it doesn't work.

What did you expect?

Replying from FilePanel should work.

What happened instead?

Nadda. zarro. zilch.
