Stuck unread notification dot in room list

Steps to reproduce

1. Exist
2. Notice notification dot on room
3. Scroll the main timeline which you're already caught up on
4. Open recent threads to try to read the unread
5. Nothing helps except refreshing the page where it goes away 🥴

I have no idea if this is related to threads but I do have the threads beta enabled

Outcome

What did you expect?

1. I shouldn't have a notification dot in the first place as I've read everything
2. I can figure out what the notification dot pertains to.

What happened instead?

Might have been fixed by matrix-org/matrix-react-sdk#9745

It looks like my Element was a few commits behind from when that fix came in
