Error replacing existing Elixir installation

In trying to update my existing installation (1.14.2/OTP 25), the default installer downloaded from the Elixir public website is raising an error on initialization:

Of note, I don't have an Erlang OTP directory in my program files. I do have an Elixir directory. Haven't tried to do an uninstall and reinstall yet, but thought I'd register the error for awareness.

The installer does continue to allow you to attempt an installation however in my case, my internal version of Elixir was not updated.

Happy to provide any amplifying information as desired.
