MCP BigQuery Server v1.0.3 - Improved Error Handling & Location Support

This release improves error handling and configuration validation in the BigQuery MCP Server.

Key improvements:

• Enhanced service account key file validation with detailed error messages
• Added comprehensive location validation with support for all BigQuery regions
• Changed default location from 'us-central1' to 'EU'
• Improved initialization flow with better error reporting
• Fixed path resolution for key files

If you're using the default location setting, please note that it now defaults to 'EU' instead of 'us-central1'.
