Support parsing and processing data that contains a time axis.

First step: Get a small test set (I have some bigger ones, need to make it a bit smaller)

The BIA-data-based test that I introduced (and then marked as skipped) as part of the import-ome-zarr development does represent a small test dataset with TCZYX shape. See e.g. cb11bec.
