Issue after upgrading to 4.12.1 from 4.12.0

Expected behavior

It should not have that error, as if i downgrade to 4.12.0 it's working fine.

Environment

React Hot Loader version: 4.12.1

Run these commands in the project folder and fill in their results:

1. node -v: v8.12.0
2. npm -v: 6.4.1

Then, specify:

1. Operating system: Mac OS Mojave version 10.14.5
2. Browser and version: Chrome 75.0.3770.100

Caused by Provider I reckon. It's under RHL management, but not a proxy.

It's because we have common component that controls whether the it should show loading progress and when finish display the actual component. See below code. Seems to be failing on method dispatchAction and set state {loading: false, constructed: true}. Below code file is dispatchOnEnter and usage on containers like this

I just tested 4.12.3 after failure with 4.12.1 and 4.12.2 and I confirm it is fixed now. 🎉
