This updates the existing debug profile (debugging an individual @sentry/node test file) to account for changes in the VSCode debugger, and adds a new profile (doing the same for @sentry/tracing).
Since the two profiles are identical save the package name, and since this might be nice to have for other packages, it's a someday project to make that a variable which you can set through the UI.
