This PR adds documentation for all
start_transactionparameters. It also proposes removing theStartTransactionKwargstypeddict, instead placing thecustom_sampling_contextparameter directly on the method and deleting theclientparameter, which appears not to be used.ref getsentry/sentry-docs#5082
