Environment

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a random issue in Sentry from the Issues page
  2. Open the activity tab of that issue
  3. Close the activity tab
  4. Click the back button on your browser

Expected Result

We should be taken back to the issues page.

Actual Result

No change happens. Only after clicking the back button a second time are we lead back to the issues page.

Fixes an issue where we navigated to /activity/ on open but then replaced it on close which makes it confusing to use the back button because activity does not reopen.

fixes #89368
