This Pull Request fixes/closes #933.

It changes the following:

Adds the option to use the 'u' key in the Status Screen to "Stage Only Tracked Files"

I followed the checklist:

I added unittests
I ran make check without errors
I tested the overall application
I added an appropriate item to the changelog

Press 'u'
