2FA: Focus the passcode field on page load

Running 1.1.2 with 2FA enabled.

After entering username/password on the "Sign in" screen, the next one is the 2FA passcode input page. On this page, the "passcode" field is not automatically focused on page load (on the "Sign in" screen, the username is).

It would be nice to have the passcode input field automatically get focus when the page loads, so the code can be entered right away.

Is already fixed in master by #1460 and will be in 1.2.0 version
